We are so excited that you have chosen to take this next step in your walk with Christ! Baptism is an outward testimony of an inward transformation. It's the first step of obedience for a disciple of Christ.

Baptism Class will be held after service on Sunday September 29th and Baptisms will be on Sunday October 6th.

One of our staff members will be in contact with you once you fill out & submit this form. 

*On the day of baptism please bring a towel and clothing that can get wet. Please wear a DARK BLUE or BLACK t-shirt.
